At Eleczo, we are committed to ensuring a smooth purchase experience. Our policies for cancellation, replacement, and refund are transparent and customer-friendly. With a 99.98% accuracy rate, we strive to deliver the right product, every time.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order, they can do so until the "Invoice is raised from Eleczo". Order cancellation will not be acceptable once the Invoice is raised from our end.
Important: Once an invoice is generated, cancellation requests cannot be entertained. Please review your order carefully before payment.

Replacement Process
Replacement Policy
Customers are requested to register their claim by raising a ticket within 3 days from the date of receipt of material. This applies if you have received an incorrect part number / item / short shipment / damaged parts (exclusively physical damage caused during transit).
How It Works

Raise a Ticket
Submit your request within 3 days of receiving the material. You'll get an email confirming that your request is being processed.

Review & Approval
Based on the item, your request may be approved directly or our Sales & Support Executive may contact you for more details.

Reverse Pickup
For wrong part number / item / damaged part, Eleczo will arrange the reverse pickup from your location at no extra cost.

QC Inspection & Replacement
After receipt and QC inspection at our warehouse, Eleczo will dispatch the correct material under intimation to you.
Original packaging is essential: Please ensure the original packaging box is in good condition when returning items to Eleczo.
Short Shipment
Upon receipt of your claim/ticket on short shipment, after verification and once it is found that there was a short shipment indeed, Eleczo will dispatch the balance / short shipped material under intimation to you.

Returns Not Accepted In
Eleczo cannot accept returns of item(s) in the following cases:

When an item is damaged because of use or when it is not in the same condition as you received it.

When any consumable item has been used or installed.
3
When something is missing from the package you've received — including price tags, labels, original packing, and accessories.

When items are tampered with or have missing serial numbers.
Delivery Timeline: Depending upon the customer's location, it would take anywhere between 3 to 14 working days for the replacement parts to reach customers in India.

Refund Process
Refund Policy
Under circumstances where the customer has placed an order and it is later found that the ordered part is obsolete / discontinued / out of stock / cannot be dispatched within the committed time frame, Eleczo will communicate to the customer and cancel the order from the system. Subsequently, Eleczo will initiate the refund process to your original payment method or to your bank account, if payment was already made.
It would generally take some time for the money to get credited to your account. You may please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.
Refund Guidelines
Invalid Payment Method
If the payment method used at the time of purchase (such as credit/debit card) is no longer valid, the refund will be issued through net banking.
Payment Failure Notice
If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, the same will be brought to your notice promptly.
Product Warranty
All items supplied by us carry a warranty as stipulated by the manufacturer from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects.
No Third-Party Refunds
Refunds cannot be processed to a third-party account. The refund must be issued to the original buyer's account only.
Net Banking Only
Refunds will not be processed in cash. Refunds can be processed via net banking only for security & transparency.
